Welcome to join the Club
　　The Rules shall be binding on all the members of the Dacheng Club, who shall not damage the social reputation of Dacheng Investment and the Dacheng Club in any form. The Rules constitutes a friendly agreement between the Dacheng Club and each member. Once the attached application form is signed, a membership shall be obtained. It shall be deemed to agree to accept the binding of the Rules.

　　Membership: The Dacheng member is personal membership, implementing the principle of free will. The applicant must have reached the ages of 18. All the applications are subject to the verification and approval of the Club. The Club reserves the right to approve or reject the relevant application. All the applications are subject to the final decision of the Club.

Purpose
　　The purpose of the establishment of the Dacheng Club is to build the Dacheng characteristic community culture, effectively integrate resources, set up the interactive platform for the members, offer high quality service and promote good communication between the communities and the neighbors as well as create a happy home for the human society.

　　The Dacheng Club will build the philosophy of high-level and high-quality pan-community life for the members and organize the cultural exchange functions, providing the members with industrial learning and exchange, strengthening exchange and contacts between the members and advocating the spirit of mutual aid and mutual love.

　　In the light of the development philosophy of “people oriented”, the Dacheng Club makes the “energy-saving, environmental and healthy” green innovative product, gives advice and suggestions for all the communities under Dacheng Investment in the process of the direct feedback from the members through communication, strives to be close to the wishes of the purchasers in the course of development, accurately grasps the market needs, starting from the interests of the consumers, “centering on clients” in household design, engineering construction, sales service and property management, and continues to perfect the residence quality and after service as well as provides the members with such services as preferential housing purchase, property inquiry, real estate information transmission and preferential rights and interests of merchants.

Regulations for Membership
　　The Dacheng Club’s member shall make efforts to maintain the social reputation of Dacheng Investment and the Club, and shall not have the behaviors detrimental to or intended to be detrimental to the social reputation of Dacheng Investment and the Club.

　　The member shall strictly observe the rules and regulations of the Club and produce the membership card on the initiative when attending the rewards for purchasing house, the functions organized by the Club and the consumption of allied merchants; otherwise the Club and allied merchants are entitled to reject the membership service.

　　In case of any special function arrangement, the member shall receive the written invitation of the Club, and abide by any term and condition provided for the preferences and services.

　　The Club is entitled to change the Regulations for Membership and notify the member in any manner that the Club deems proper.

Membership
　　You must have reached the ages of 18.

　　All the applications for membership is subject to the approval of the Club that shall have the absolute right to use its discretion in making with or reserving the relevant application without any interpretation;

　　You shall have no right to vote for the Club’s organization, operation or management or any ownership or recourse for the Club’s any property;

　　The membership has no right to transfer or dealership.

Membership Card
　　After your application for membership is admitted, the Club shall issue a membership card;

　　You shall sign on the card after the receipt of the card. The signature on the card shall be the same as that on the application form. The card is for your own use only, and shall not be transferred. In case of loss, you shall notify the Club and handle the report for loss and reissue.

　　The Club is entitled to revoke the effectiveness of the card or terminate your membership at any time without any reason. The Club is entitled to ask you to return the card to the Club; you shall produce the card upon request if you enjoy any preference or any activity.

Member Information
　　The information provided by the applicant must be true and reliable. The applicant shall provide the information to the Club on the basis of free will. The Club shall keep the information secret. In case of any change for the information, the applicant shall give the written notice to the Club timely. In case of any fraud personal information provided by the applicant in the course of the verification for membership, the Club reserves the right to reject or revoke the membership of the applicant.

Termination of Membership
　　If the Club thinks that the behaviors of the member damage the Club or conflict with the Club and the member receives the legal sanctions, the Club is entitled to terminate its membership. The decision of the Club shall be final. After the termination of the membership, the rights and the interests of the member shall be terminated. After the receipt of the letter of termination of the membership, the membership card shall be returned to the Club.

　　If a member wishes to withdraw from the Club, it is necessary to submit your membership card and the written notice of withdrawal to the Club or send to the Club by registered post.

Termination of Operation of the Club
　　The Club shall have the absolute right to use its discretion in terminating the operation of the Club without any reason. After the operation of the Club is terminated, all the rights and preferences of the member shall be terminated. Under any circumstance, all the rights and preferences of the member shall be terminated. Under any circumstance, the member has no right to raise an objection or ask for compensation and make a claim to the Club or Dacheng Investment and its affiliated companies due to the termination of operation of the Club.

Rights of the Club
　　The Club shall not bear any legal responsibility for any member or any other person due to any loss, claim, cost, charge or expenditure directly or indirectly resulting from the membership or related with the membership.

　　The Club shall have the right to finally interpret the provisions of the Rules for joining the Club.

　　The Club reserves the absolute right to amend the Rules of Members and shall notify the member in any manner the Club deems proper.

Detailed Rules of Joining the Club
　　If you understand and recognize Dacheng Investment and know well and support the Rules for Dacheng Club, have fixed job or economic source, and are willing to join the Club, you may apply for joining the Club in your own name. Pay attention to the following matters when handling the procedures for joining the Club:

1. The applicant shall fill in the application accurately and sign in his own handwriting;

2. The Club shall appraise and approve he qualification. The data of the membership shall be put in the membership file. The Club shall issue the membership card and confirmation letter.

3. To guarantee the high quality service, due to limited quota of members, the Club shall absorb the member by batch according to the application time. The owners & their relatives and the prospective owners of the communities under Dacheng Investment shall have priority in joining the Club.

Rights & Interests and Preferences of A Member
1. Have priority in obtaining the information and data about the new community and community functions of Dacheng Investment, helping you and your relatives and friend know more about the Dacheng’s brand and communities;

2. Realize the obstacle-free communication through the Club, carefully heed your suggestions and opinions and offer special follow-up service;

3. Free to choose the community functions and competitions held by the Club, strengthening the community exchange and harmony;

4. Have the chance to be invited to attend the external exchange functions on behalf of the Dacheng Club;

5. The member may obtain the Dacheng Club journal free of charge by the card;

6. Participate in the membership reward plans of the Club; and designate the exchangeable articles with the relevant reward exchange certificate within the time designated by the Dacheng Club;

7. Enjoy all the Club’s supporting facilities under Dacheng Investment according to the member price;

8. Enjoy the shopping discounts of the merchants and high quality service offered by the Club;

9. Have priority in arrangement of participating in the internal subscription activities for the new community under Dacheng Investment and of choosing the unit at special offer;

10. The member who purchases the property under Dacheng Investment the second times or more shall enjoy the preferential 2% discount or more (except for the unit at posted price).
